The Key Holder is responsible for working with leadership to verify that the shift runs smoothly, exhibiting the good vibes only culture while serving the customers in a knowledgeable and accurate way.

The Assistant Manager provides all Bowl Reps with guidance and information on performing their jobs to the highest standard in the absence of the Store/Lead/District Manager. They are responsible for maintaining store operations and communicating issues and needs to upper-level Management when needed while also supporting consistent customer needs through cashiering and answering questions.

The Store Manager provides team members with guidance and information so that they can perform their jobs to the highest standard. They are responsible for maintaining store operations and communicating issues and needs to the District Manager (DM) and ownership when needed. They also support consistent customer service and monitor the store's financial performance.
