BOWL REP

Every employee should embody The Bowl standards: Good Vibes Only, The Goods, Customer service, Initiative, Work Efficiently, Cleaning & Sanitation. The Bowl Rep should be knowledgeable on all of The Bowl’s products and offerings in order to communicate clearly to customers, giving them the ultimate customer service experience!


LEAD BOWL REP

Every employee should embody The Bowl standards: Good Vibes Only, The Goods, Customer service, Initiative, Work Efficiently, Cleaning & Sanitation. Lead trains and guides new bowl reps and sets the example by maintaining full knowledge about the menu, products, history behind The Bowl, customer service standards and performance in all phases of store operations. Lead helps generate excitement and passion for The Bowl company objectives.


ASSISTANT MANAGER

The Assistant Manager provides all Bowl Reps with the guidance and information to perform their jobs to the highest standard. They are responsible for maintaining store operations; and communicating issues and needs to People and Store Manager when needed. Assistant Manager works with the management team to accomplish goals and plans. They manage, coach and develop Lead Bowl Reps daily.


PEOPLE MANAGER

The People Manager provides all Bowl Reps with the guidance and information to perform their jobs to the highest standard. They are responsible for maintaining store operations; and communicating issues and needs to the Store Manager when needed. People Manager works with the management team to accomplish goals and plans. They manage, coach and develop the Event Lead and Lead Bowl Reps daily. People Manager’s main focus is on hiring, training & retaining Bowl Reps to create a strong team and commitment to The Bowl.


STORE MANAGER

The Store Manager provides all Bowl Reps and managers with the guidance and information to perform their jobs to the highest standard. They are responsible for maintaining store operations. Store Manager sets goals and plans for management team to work towards and accomplish. They manage, coach and develop the Leads, People Manager and Assistant Manager daily. The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring staff is providing an excellent customer service experience as well as monitoring the financial performance of the store.
