Bowl Rep (BR)

Job Summary
Exhibit the good vibes only culture while serving the customers in a knowledgeable and accurate way. 

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Prepare and serve The Bowl’s products and offerings while following store protocols and ServSafe recommendations for health and sanitization.

• Follow specification sheets and portion controls to prepare orders and ensure items are prepared consistently to The Bowl standards.

• Use the designated system to accurately charge and serve customers in the store.

• Conduct cleaning functions as designated by leadership through proper sanitation protocols.

• Stock supplies before, during and after shifts on an ongoing basis as needed and/or directed. 

• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.

• Participate in store promotions.

• Notify leadership of any equipment issues or malfunctions.

• Perform assigned duties at special events. 

• Maintain a positive working relationship with all team members of the organization. 

• Obtain and maintain the ServSafe certification. 

• Attend all assigned meetings and offer feedback as appropriate. 

• Follow all company policies and procedures. 

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience 
Prior experience in a customer service role preferred but not required. 
Prior experience with Apple products required. 

Communication Skills
Ability to read, analyze and interpret written documents. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, peers, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret mathematical data.

Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where standardization typically exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills
Proficiency with Apple products, specifically MacBook and iPad, with experience using Numbers, Pages and other Apple based software preferred.
